Who else gets bored at the gym? When I go, I normally pick the treadmill… because there’s a T.V. That’s right I’m that person. I’m content with weights, but I have a hard time with cardio at the gym.
I’ve actually found a few thing’s I’d rather do than cardio at the gym like: hiking, yoga, Body Pump, weights, kettle bells, eating pickled Herring (although I’ve never eaten it, I’m sure it’d be more fun), any class, or turning on some music and dancing around the apartment… and now there’s Barre Fitness. Not exactly as heart pumping as jumping up and down to Pink, but you definitely feel a burn.
